We are happy to proclaim and celebrate our commitment to marriage with the company of our best friends and family! We fell in love in January 2014 and dove heart-first into each other’s lives. The mystery of it all is still alive for us. Our relationship was founded on mutual open-heartedness, a sense of curiosity about life and the desire to wake up to the gifts of the present moment. The decision to begin a life together was risky, fueled by intuition and a deep sense of clarity. Despite the many differences in our upbringing and previous life experiences, it turns out we have a lot in common, are a lot alike and get along beautifully in everyday life! Our commitment represents a desire to support and inspire one another, 
and to arrive and extend ourselves to friends, family and community. We have no idea what the future holds, but we are ready to discover it fully together. Our non-conventional situation has been met with support and excitement by our friends and family, without exception, and we are deeply thankful for that.
We have another family member named Path. He is an Australian Shepherd we brought home just a month after opening the Guesthouse. We have raised, nurtured and struggled with him, but he has grown into a vibrant, intelligent and loyal friend. There has been a lot to discover in the process of bringing him into our lives, and in many ways our hearts and minds are more pliable than ever. A constant reminder to be calm and confident, each day begins with a walk with Path. If you haven’t met him, we hope you can stop by our house and give him a belly rub.
If you make it to our wedding, we deeply appreciate all the effort and planning you have put forth, and if you don’t we completely understand and hope we will have a chance to visit with you another time. To All: Thanks for being a source of love to us as we embark on this journey together.
